Meet Wynnter

Hi, I’m Wynnter. After spending 12 years in banking, I moved into a revenue cycle management role with an in-home care company. That is where my interest in AI grew into something practical. As the manager of a remote team spread across multiple states, I was constantly looking for better ways to communicate clearly, organize information, and keep complicated processes moving.

I began using AI to help create SOPs for my team, strengthen email drafts, refine performance-review language, build Excel reports, and develop large, interconnected workbooks used across more than 25 branches. I also used it to support financial reporting and make recurring administrative work more manageable—all while keeping human review, accuracy, and data privacy at the center of the process.

AI wasn’t an abstract trend to me. It became a practical tool for solving the kinds of everyday challenges that managers and small businesses face. That hands-on experience ultimately inspired me to create Arctic Blossom and help other businesses discover where AI can genuinely make their work easier.
